Biography

Debb Moore is a trusted and creative 25 year radio veteran. Known for her insightful interviewing skills and for landing hard -to-get conversations with some of the worlds’ greatest artistic voices. Throughout her career, Debb has shared interesting, humorous and candid stories about some of the most talked about talents in the world of Jazz. A graduate of Clark College, the Midwest native holds a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism. She loves encouraging young people to embrace music, art and culture and to become critical thinkers and works tirelessly with voters’ registration and the community.

A former Miss Black Atlanta and member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., she continues to explore and expand her broadcasting prowess on television and as a voice – over artist. Listening to one of her broadcasts has often been described as “soothing and inviting, as if sitting across the kitchen table sipping a cup of tea with your favorite person.” She loves interesting people, history, laughing, reading, walking, serving and helping people. Her favorite word is peace.
