Aisha Davis a native of Piscataway, New Jersey and a graduate of the prestigious Johnson C. Smith University with honors. Aisha holds a bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer science Information systems. She is a recipient of the Grantsmanship award and has been featured in HBCU Digest, News 14 Carolina, Fox News Rising, Charlotte Observer, Mompreneur series and most recently USA Today amongst many others. Since joining Microsoft Corporation as a Global Technical Account Manager within the Services division – State Local Government & Education, MACH graduate; Aisha has continued to receive recognition for her work. She was a Microsoft Q2 MSNA Diversity and Inclusion Awardee announced by Judson Althoff, Microsoft’s North America President among other company wide recognitions and an official YouthSpark evangelist for the company. Aisha Davis is also active in the community by helping women of Charlotte write business plans, speaking at various events, mentoring students into research opportunities and has gone out in the community participating with Citizen Schools where she has taught a weekly Spoken Word class. Some of Aisha’s personal accomplishments include becoming a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, National Society of Black Engineers, HBCU-UP Tutor, Black Ink Monks Poetry team member, and maintaining a Top Secret Security Clearance just to name a few. Aisha credits Microsoft’s DigiGirlz program when she was in high school for inspiring her to go into a STEM field. She continues to pay it forward by telling young girls and boys about the different YouthSpark initiatives Microsoft has in the community and by bringing her “A” game to work each day. Aisha firmly believes in the motto “each one teach one” and plans to continue to follow it.
